Events

We ask everyone to book before attending to help us keep to venue capacity limits, ensure adequate volunteer cover and provide faster registration on arrival. Most trips/socials/courses are available to book immediately, however sessions are sometimes only bookable a few weeks ahead.

Only official club activities, promoted through our website are covered by our club insurance or club waterways licences, you can check our Authenticity Statement for more details.

HOW DO I GET SIGNED UP TO A SESSION/TRIP/EVENT?

We require anyone who is participating to book in advance and provide information such as emergency contact details ideally in advanced, as it speeds up the registration and saves filling in forms on arrival.

HOW CAN I HIRE/USE CLUB EQUIPMENT?

Hire and use of club equipment is free at official club events, however equipment isn’t stored on every site check out the hire page for more details!
